PPS got its start in the mission-critical sector, installing the chilled water, fuel and mechanical systems that support data center uptime.
Today we handle full mechanical piping scopes, equipment setting, shutdown work, emergency repairs and ongoing system upgrades to keep high-demand facilities reliable and ready for growth.
PPS completed a four-month tenant cooling expansion inside an active data facility in Mesa, Arizona. The team performed in-house hot taps and installed 36 CRAH units while working around dense existing infrastructure. The project increased cooling capacity without disruption to live systems.
PPS installed chilled water piping, chillers, fan coils, and VAV systems for a new office facility in Glendale, Arizona. The team navigated design revisions and multi-trade coordination while maintaining schedule control. The full scope was delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
PPS designed, fabricated, and installed custom rooftop canopy structures between air-cooled chillers at a mission-critical facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Each canopy was engineered to fit tight existing conditions. The installation improved cooling efficiency and long-term system performance.
PPS installed additional chilled water piping and engineered a fully custom security cage within an active data hall in Phoenix, Arizona. The enclosure was fabricated to fit around existing equipment with less than one-sixteenth of an inch of clearance. The project enhanced equipment protection and system reliability.
PPS completed a two-phase central plant conversion at a Phoenix data facility, replacing an ammonia system with a modern chilled water infrastructure. The work was sequenced to maintain operational stability throughout the transition. The upgraded plant now supports safer and more efficient cooling operations.
