Our design capabilities at PPS are second to none. our fabrication shop is extremely well-equipped with electrical overhead cranes, welding machines, and heavy rolling machines.

Our welding rotators can handle a single job that weighs up to 250 tons, and up to six meters in diameter. Our team is made up of experiences and extremely well trained engineers that always have the best interest of the customer in mind. This means a quick, but efficient, job every time.

We also understand the importance of a budget. At PPS, we also keep the customer at the center of every design decision.

PPS is well known for designing and constructing custom pressure vessels. We always strive to meet our customer’s application requests. Since these pressure vessels are used by most industries, here at PPS, we offer many options in order to meet all of our customer’s needs:

An added bonus is that most of our pressure vessels and reactions of built on-site in our very own shops. However, we can also accommodate any requests to build them offsite. PPS is certified to not only build equipment, but to also make any changes and repairs. Some of these services include:

  • Create ladders, platforms, and handrails
  • Make any necessary repairs/replacements

PPS will also always design a mixing solution that fits your personal needs. It’s is not a one-size-fits-all concept here.  We also provide multiple mixers (or a combination of mixers) to accomate the wide variety of viscosities and applications. Our mixer styles include scrape, dual motion, sweep, and turbine.
